JAN'S PLAN

Jan’s Plan:  in a world of music and harmony, we rule--a twenty-four-minute presentation accentuating the passion of music with the value of personal dedication and the glory of acceptance, all wrapped up in a great big bow of humor and entertainment.

Jan's Plan is an informative, exciting presentation designed to both inspire and tantalize the children toward the gift of creativity.

H.O.M.E.
The History of Musical Entertainment
from “cave to rave,” is an entertaining twenty-three minute presentation on a journey to discover how the desire to express, celebrate and emote was transfused into the sounds of music.

Featuring a seven-piece ensemble from the Sumner County Symphony, the audience is treated to a theatrical expose of the journey that music made from rhythm to melody to harmony—to create the score that has become the soundtrack for each generation.

Blending comedy, sketches, experience and even a tender tie-in to the similarities between the harmony of music and the harmony of racial equality, the ensemble captivates listeners young and old with a tale too rich to be untold.

Due to the volume of performances, the combo is able to come at a reasonable rate and often can secure grants and/or sponsorship for the event.

Dressed in colorful shirts with the letters H.O.M.E. emblazoned on the front, the youthful troupe also explores the differences and similarities of various instruments and encourages the audience to adopt an instrument and make it their own.

It is a history lesson blended with a concert culminating in a warm blanket of cozy joy and awareness.  Call us today and set up your time to have H.O.M.E. into your school

Finally, something that the teachers and the students can agree upon—as it says in the piece, “the melody is like our soul, reaching for the stars and the harmony is like our brain, blending things together, and the rhythm is like our bodies…”

Well, to hear the rest of that, you’ll need to get on the phone and call us today.  Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
